Policy Amendments and Institutional Authority
1. Right to Modify Policies
ASIT Edutech reserves the sole and absolute authority to amend, revise, or withdraw any policy, provision, or guideline contained within this document at its discretion. Such changes may be enacted to align with institutional growth, regulatory compliance, operational requirements, or strategic objectives.
2. Implementation Without Prior Notice
Modifications may be introduced without advance notice, and the revised policies shall take immediate effect unless otherwise specified. It is the obligation of all stakeholders—including students, faculty, staff, and affiliated parties—to comply with the updated terms unconditionally.
3. Non-Negotiability of Decisions
No disputes, objections, or challenges regarding policy changes shall be entertained. ASIT Edutech’s determinations in these matters are conclusive, final, and binding on all parties.
4. Stakeholder Responsibility
All stakeholders must proactively review the latest policy updates as disseminated through ASIT Edutech’s official communication channels (e.g., institutional website, email, notices). Failure to remain informed shall not constitute grounds for non-compliance or exemption.
5. Governing Authority
This policy framework is subordinate only to prevailing legal and regulatory mandates. Where conflicts arise, statutory provisions shall supersede institutional policies.
